About Laurier Capital

A firm built on conviction and relationships.

Laurier Capital is a Montréal-based fully integrated real estate firm. We acquire, develop, and actively manage institutional-quality commercial assets.

What Guides Us

We think like owners. Every decision, from acquisition to day-to-day management, is made with the long-term performance of the asset in mind. We take initiative, move with purpose, and hold ourselves accountable for outcomes.

Every transaction is underwritten with the same standard of discipline, regardless of size or complexity. We do not cut corners on analysis, structure, or due diligence. Our credibility depends on it.

We say what we mean and do what we say. With investors, tenants, partners, and other stakeholders, our reputation is our most valuable asset, and we treat it accordingly.
